Are you using M.S. Office 2007 version? Do you know that you can insert a new tool bar
in Ribbon Bar?
Yes, you can insert additional commands, whichever you need
to work comfort. Then follow the steps
to have commands as you like.
Click on “Arrow” mark, which placed on beside of tool bar on
top left of the application and right side of the tools like save button, new
button. Enter “More Commands” in the
menu. Then Add the commands what you
need in to Quick Access Tool Bar by pressing “Add” button. And save as Default, which displays in
Customize Tool Bar. There are many
options like Cut, Copy, etc. If you not
need that you can remove by pressing Remove Button. Now you can Add to the right side Box as you
need the options. If you want to display
these tool bars in Ribbon Bar then you check the “Show Quick Access Toolbar
Below the Ribbon” Option.
