Are you using M.S. Office 2007 version?  Do you know that you can insert a new tool bar in Ribbon Bar?

Yes, you can insert additional commands, whichever you need to work comfort.  Then follow the steps to have commands as you like.

Click on “Arrow” mark, which placed on beside of tool bar on top left of the application and right side of the tools like save button, new button.  Enter “More Commands” in the menu.  Then Add the commands what you need in to Quick Access Tool Bar by pressing “Add” button.  And save as Default, which displays in Customize Tool Bar.  There are many options like Cut, Copy, etc.  If you not need that you can remove by pressing Remove Button.  Now you can Add to the right side Box as you need the options.  If you want to display these tool bars in Ribbon Bar then you check the “Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon” Option.
