Its simple, two options of icons will appear when your mouse pointer placed on the attachment these are one is "Download" (download the attachment to your computer) and another is "Save to Drive" this facilitates you to save your attachment file directly to Google Drive and the file will saves to Google Drive. After that, you can access your file at anytime and anywhere from the Google Drive. You can edit and share your file directly from the Google Drive if that is a document file
