MS Office 2007 Tips and Tricks (Tutorial)


Are you using M.S. Office 2007 version?  Do you know that you can insert a new tool bar in Ribbon Bar? 

Yes, you can insert additional commands, whichever you need to work comfort.  Then follow the steps to have commands as you like.

Click on “Arrow” mark, which placed on beside of tool bar on top left of the application and right side of the tools like save button, new button.  Enter “More Commands” in the menu.  Then Add the commands what you need in to Quick Access Tool Bar by pressing “Add” button.  And save as Default, which displays in Customize Tool Bar.  There are many options like Cut, Copy, etc.  If you not need that you can remove by pressing Remove Button.  Now you can Add to the right side Box as you need the options.  If you want to display these tool bars in Ribbon Bar then you check the “Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon” Option.

MS Office 2007 Shortcut Keys to simplify and faster work (Tutorial)


How can I use shortcut keys in MS Office 2007 version? It is a general doubt of every new learner of MS Office 2007.  The MS Office 2007 is a something critical than earlier versions.  To work fast with M.S. Office 2007 you should learn about shortcut keys.



To Highlight all shortcut keys -              After open the MS Word Window Press Alt Key

To Highlight Insert Menu  -              Press ‘N’ after that all tabs will be highlighted and follow
another shortcut key which you need in that Insert Menu

To Highlight Page Layout Menu -    Press ‘P’ after that all tabs will be highlighted and follow
another shortcut key which you need in that Page Layout   
Menu

To Highlight Reference Menu     -    Press ‘R’ after that all tabs will be highlighted and follow
another shortcut key which you need in that Reference Menu
